His broad range of experience is demonstrated in his many projects as a professional chef. He's taught a college catering class, authored a newspaper food column, and served as a consultant for Marriott Corp. Chef John has judged cooking competitions and has been named winner of several regional and national cooking and recipe contests, including the National Grand Prize Winner of an American Lamb Council contest. His true joy, however, is catering, which led him to start his own premium catering business with a blue collar attitude. It's a great way for Chef John to share his talents with many satisfied clients over the years. It's also developed great friendships along the way. |
